Excess Billing & Non cooperation by Vodaphone Store

I had personally visited Vodaphone store in mid April 2015 and requested for reduction in post paid from 375 to 149 for my 3 sims. The store confirmed that all 3 have been changed but when i got the bill next time, only 2 had been changed and the 3rd was still at old rate. The store admitted to its mistake but has still not been able to waive off the excess charges despite numerous verbal and written complaints to the store, managers and helping besides email
