I had ordered one Xiaomi MI box on 08.06.2019 (at Banggood.com); order no. 67548902. On 8th Jul' 19, I received the package with item missing. There was a folded magazine inside instead of the ordered item. Also, there was a note from the Customs Officer (Kolkata) wherein it is clearly indiacted that theres mismatch in contents declared versus contents actually found. Immediately, I reported to Banggood (firstname.lastname@example.org) with pictures. On 9th Jul, they have again asked for photos, which I have provided immediately. Then on 11th Jul, they have asked me to take up with local couriers for the missing consignment; shunning their responsibility for after-sales service. Is it the customer's responsibility to run from pillar to post for items not yet received?
