Cyberabad police issue guidelines on cybercrime

With many cybercrime cases being reported in recent times, the Cyberabad Police have issued guidelines on cybercrime for citizens to avoid falling into traps. With regard to cybercrime against women, which include abusive mails/messages, creating fake accounts on social networking websites, the police have suggested not to post personal pictures on social networking sites or share personal information or phone numbers to unknown persons. It was better to personally meet and verify the genuineness of bridegrooms and not to share personal information on matrimony websites.
